I’m Rooholamin. I build systems so the work does itself.
I started programming in school with Macromedia Flash, learning syntax from ActionScript and timing from keyframes. My first real project shipped when I was sixteen.
I studied business while I was already building websites for money, so when a problem arrives I see the business side and the technical side at once. A to Z means the model, the product, the prototype, the code, the server, and the person who answers when something breaks.
People I have built for

What are you dealing with?
Say it in plain words. I will tell you how I have handled the same thing before, and show you the work.
Ask me anything
Ask about my work, or anything else.
What I solve
AI phone answering
A receptionist that answers day and night, books the appointment and hands the call to a person when needed.
Leading a team of four building it for law firms and clinics.
Marketing automation
Marketing for law firms, run by AI agents from one place: website, blog, social media, videos, ads, analytics, directory listings, review management and lead generation.
Building the platform and the AI agents inside it.
AI content at scale
A Toronto housing magazine run by AI: blog, SEO, social media, images, videos and automatic publishing.
More than 1,200 articles and 112 Instagram posts from one system.
AI assistants
A voice-note assistant for financial agents: it updates client files and tasks, and briefs them before each meeting.
Built in English and Persian, with a friend.
Bookings and payments
A consultant marketplace: booking, card payments, payouts and online meetings, also running on consultants’ own websites.
Built it alone and took it live.
Colour science
Calibrating monitors, printers, cameras and scanners so a colour looks the same everywhere.
CTO since 2021.
Platforms and custom mobile apps
The platform more than a thousand US law firms were onboarded onto, and custom mobile apps under each firm’s name.

How I work
Tell me the problem, not the solution
People often arrive with a solution that doesn’t fit their problem. So I start by asking what is actually going wrong.
The client I turn down
Someone who does not know what they want. Whatever gets built, they will be unhappy with it, and that is not a problem software can fix.
Pricing
I price to your budget, once I know what we are building. Not before. A number given on the first call is a guess dressed up as a promise.
When it is done
When you are happy, or after three rounds of revisions, whichever comes first.
Deadlines
I have never missed one. If the date is close I will work twenty hours a day to keep it. Running a company taught me that a delivery date is a promise, and you keep promises.
When something breaks
Almost every time something went wrong, it was a human mistake. The system itself failed only on very rare occasions. So I build software that expects people to make mistakes.
