Before the platform, orders reached our office on flash drives. A partner copied their artwork onto a memory stick and sent it over. Later the orders came in on Telegram. Each one carried artwork, a garment, a print position and a deadline, and the floor, the warehouse and the accountant each kept their own version of it.

A partner uploads artwork on the portal, picks a product and where the print goes, and follows the order by link. On the floor, each of the twelve to fifteen operators sees only their own step. Packing and shipping have their own stations, and every order reconciles with the accounting system. Stock is tracked across warehouses. We always kept twelve colours and seven sizes of three products (T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts), with more than 20,000 garments in the warehouse at any moment. Partners' prices move between Bronze, Silver and Gold each month, depending on how much they ordered.

Boomerang's platform was our own internal tool, so I designed and built it around the way we already worked. It ran from 2021, and at its peak it carried thousands of orders a month.

More than fifty thousand garments went out through more than a hundred partners. It ran the business, from partner orders to the accountant's desk, until I stepped away in January 2026.
