Fantazio is Kouman's official merchandise partner: t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, banners, all of it. When their team wanted a monthly subscription box, I was honoured to build it. I had seen other people build platforms for them, and the problem was always the same: if you don't know how printing, packing and shipping work, you can't write software that works for them. So I built it myself, to follow the way we already work and give the fans a better experience.

A fan picks a plan on their phone and pays before the monthly deadline, and that month's box is theirs. Most fans pay right before the cutoff. One Kouman merchandise drop in the summer of 2025 brought 200,000 fans in a single night, so Koumail is built for a night like that. Reminders go out seven, three and one day before the deadline, and if one payment gateway starts failing, payments move to another. After the cutoff, the packing line gets its list and the boxes go out.

The payment rush and the packing line had to hold up together. A fan is never charged twice and never loses a month they paid for. Every payment is checked to the exact amount and recorded in the same step that gives them the box.

It is ready, and waiting on infrastructure before it launches.
