Farinaz Taheri is a licensed paralegal and immigration consultant in Ontario, and farinaztaheri.com is where her clients find her two practices, legal services and immigration, in English and Persian, and book and pay for a consultation.

Farinaz had three websites: a personal one, one for her legal services and one for immigration. They ran on old WordPress themes, were hard to keep up to date, and none of them could take a booking or a payment. Her office juggled monday.com and a separate booking system on top. Leila Maham, a friend of hers, introduced us.

A visitor lands on one home page and chooses legal or immigration. Each side has its own services, fees, questions and contact page, in English or Persian. To book, the client picks a service and a time and pays by card, and the consultation goes straight into Farinaz's calendar. The booking runs on AskPro, my booking platform, inside her own site, so her clients never leave it.

I threw the three old sites away and built one from scratch, with both practices side by side under her name, and the old addresses now lead to it. It was the first website to take its bookings through AskPro. I also look after IT for her office.
The site in Persian

All of her clients now book and pay through the site. It has made the office's days a lot easier: they no longer use monday.com or any other booking system, everything is in one place, and they are very happy with it.
